Is it all right to run the video card's fan faster to keep a hot CPU not so hot?

Your video card's fan will have very little, if any, benefit for you CPU temperatures.

The CPU ran 80-90C with an NVidia 900GTX video card. With the NVidia 630, it runs at 60C, and 45C with the video card at 3000 rpm.

That goes to the new card drawing more hot air out of the case.

That should be done with less expensive to replace case fans, instead of costly video card fans.

OK I'll get one.

This is for an old PII PC with 14TB storage, 8 internally.
