Fitting tubing through metal

Hi guys (and ladies)...
I have been googling and looked through the forums here as my question must have been answered somewhere but can't really find it.
I have a Caselabs STH10 case which has 3 different compartments (top / main / bottom).
In the top and bottom chambers is a EK 480 rad fitted and I need to bring the tubing to the main chamber. Of course Caselabs left holes (like 120mm for fans, but of course this is utterly ugly and I have never seen this in a proper build.
So I need to drill my tubing through the metal sheets. I bought Primochill Ghost couplers. I thought they would look great and I can fit tubing at both ends in. But how can I fit these in the metal sheets??
Or even , if not possible, what suggestions can you give me to get rigid tubing through the metal (I would like to see some kind of coupler though). I hope my question is not too noobish. I built many PC's before, but this is my first watercooled one and I want it to be an "art work"!
MANY thanks!

two ways of doing the hole:

Hole saw (messy and less exact)
Sheet metal hole punch (accurate)

you will need to get the right size for the bulkhead fitting
