Afternoon all,
recently scored myself 2 Geforce GTX 780's Windforce Editions (3072mb GDDR5 384 bit) cards (extra included in case its needed)
Have been looking and thinking of trying my hand at water cooling a system, so far have a water cooled CPU but want to have a bit of an experiment...
So with the price decrease thinking about a Newegg.com - ASUS GTX780-DC2OC-3GD5 GeForce GTX 780 3GB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card, man it seems like a good deal.
I am not sure if anyone here has seen the software hack to unlock 1.3v For most reference cards.
You have to download and install the newest beta of MSI afterburner and then edit two lines in the MSI .cfg file.
Walahhh restart afterburner and you should be golden.
I have done this with my EVGA...
Hi guys
I've been fiddling a little with my new gtx780, and i just can't seem to get it stable at any higher than 1013/1053 base/boost.
I'm new to OC so i might very well be doing something completely wrong.
Does anyone know if I can edit my GTX 780 SC ACX bios to increase the voltage only? If not why even both putting under water? I know there is a GTX 780 hydro copper bios available but is that enough? I just want more voltage !!! :D:rock::rock:
