The Smart One! We all hated that smart kid in the class who always had the answers! (Truth be told, I was kinda that kid.) Well, I’m sure all the other Lamptron products are sick of how smart the CP530 is. Intelligent fan control sounds intriguing, but what makes this product unique is that it is purely hardware based. We’ll check it out soon, but first let’s look at a statement again from Lamptron.
No Software Here Addressable RGB is taking the world by storm. As a result, many companies have come up with complete systems for lighting customization. Motherboards have software, but products have to support motherboard sync or the 3/4 pin headers. Other companies use external controllers, but those also tend to be proprietary with said company’s products. Lamptron might be the only one providing hardware based lighting control. The CE420 is one of the latest in RGB and fan control, so let’s find out how well it does.
In a world where software controls all of our lighting effects, Lamptron stood out and gave us a hardware level RGB and fan control in the CM420. With a plethora of connections, it will likely work with whatever RGB fan or strip you have. Don't forget to enter the Giveaway before it ends!
Have you ever wanted hardware level control of your RGB lighting and fans? Lamptron has that. Have you ever wanted one controller to work with every proprietary connection for RGB and fans? Turns out they have that too with the CL420.
Light strips are a great way to shine up a build, but most of them require software control to run in the background. Lamptron is offering a new option with hardware control of RGB LED strips. The options work pretty well and the best part is that they only need a power connection.
Introduction Fan controllers aren’t quite as essential as they used to be. Even just a few years back, you almost needed to have one if you had more than 3 or 4 fans in your case. Today, we see numerous cases coming with their own controllers, or adding a nice compact hub in the cable management space. That can make it tough on fan controllers today, but a nice display can really add a lot to the look of the front of your case. We have a nice looking one from LAMPTRON today that comes in 3 different colors. We’ll get into the details soon, but first, here’s a quick word about a company you might not have heard much about.
