E-Win offers a decent amount of features for the Hero Series HRD gaming chair. The overall comfort is pretty good, but there are some minor details that hold the chair back. The biggest issue is that the price is prohibitive, making other chairs a bit more attractive.
Trying to understand clicking with the base of your fingers, instead of the tips is different. Once you get used to it, the RBT seems to give a genuine advantage over traditional mice. It seems to speed up reaction in competitive online gaming, and relieves tension in the wrist and forearm.
Cougar has a solid gaming chair with their Armor. It has a good level of comfort and a decent amount of features like 4D armrests. Some aesthetic materials may not hold up as well to time, but it's nothing that would effect the use of sitting for long periods.
With Ryzen 5, AMD has introduced the perfect mid-range CPUs for amazing performance at a great price. The 1600X has 6 cores and 12 threads for heavier workloads, while the 1500X will save a few dollars for raw gaming performance. Ryzen may not overclock to high frequencies, but it's still a fun platform to play with.
The Cullinan was a large diamond found and it makes sense that Rosewill's case is named after it. The three tempered glass panels give it an extremely elegant look and the overall build experience was really good. The space to install graphics cards could be a bit better, but it can be worked around.
A lot of Z270 motherboards perform better by small margins, but it's hard to find an Intel board that offers more features than what MSI does at this price. The Gaming Pro Carbon looks great, has nice lighting effects, and overclocks pretty nicely. This might be the best overall Z270 motherboard.
The PSU is extremely important to a computer, yet it can also be hard to budget for in the build. The Rosewill Valens offers Gold efficiency to help with quality, but has an attractive price point as well. The semi-modular design is great and while the fan can be noticeable, the performance is solid.
The Bradley has a decent amount of building room and includes 3 fans. As usual, Rosewill has a great price to match the amount of features involved. The water cooling support can be iffy depending on how tall heat sinks and spreaders get, but the quality is good for the budget this case is in.
Are you a gamer who’s looking into starting your own Twitch stream? We might have some info that will help you out. It turns out AMD’s Ryzen chips did a great job in game streaming, but there’s some settings that can help optimize that a bit. This isn’t a fully comprehensive guide, but it’s a great start to get your Overwatch matches on the web with some pretty good quality. Check out the video below for the details and if you happen to be one of those streamers who has some tips or tricks, feel free to post them in our forums!
The term module can mean little more than changing surface pieces, but EpicGear takes it to a whole new meaning with the Morpha X. You can choose whether you like optical or laser for gaming, which switch type is best for clicks, and you can change weight. It's practically two mice in one!
Can a CPU cooler have too much quality? Lepa makes an amazing tower cooler with the NEOllusion and the RGB lighting is one of the best in the business. That said, computer builders will certainly pay a steep price to add one of these units to their PC. It may be worth it in the long run.
Finding a high capacity SD card can seem easy until you try to find a high speed class. Samsung offers a great capacity and top speed class with the EVO Plus Micro SD Memory Card. If you're a content creator who uses a lot of video, this is a great option to use to expand storage.
Earbuds can lack heavily in the bass department, but Rosewill found a way to excel with theirs. The EX-700 really shines, but the EX-500 isn't a slouch either. If you want high quality audio in a small package, these units will surprise you. The EX-500 isn't as comfortable though.
Ryzen has finally arrived! The 1800X and 1700X perform admirably, give users more cores and threads than ever before, and have some extremely competitive price points. The top CPU SKUs don't overclock quite as well, but the 1700 is a great value that can be set to much higher than it's base frequencies. Great job AMD!
I know, this isn’t the full Ryzen 7 review yet, but I couldn’t wait to post this. Also, I needed to make sure this video was uploaded at 60 FPS since all of my other review videos upload at 30. This could be the biggest win AMD has with this release and that’s saying a ton since Ryzen already has some other big wins. The full review is coming very soon with all of the testing phases having been completed, but there’s still some writing, shooting and editing that needs to be finished. Check out the video below to see how AMD lived up to their claims that Ryzen 7 would be an excellent CPU for streamers and we’ll be back with even more review details soon!
