Deepcool MF 120 Fan – So Smart, So Frameless!

Deepcool introduced a frameless fan with the MF 120. They may not serve the greatest purpose for radiators, but case cooling should work out pretty well. With RGB lighting on the fans, as well as the control box, everything about the aluminum design looks extremely attractive.

NZXT Aer RGB LED Fans Review

NZXT blew the doors open with an excellently designed RGB fan. The Aer has intricate control through CAM software and the air flow is adequate for case or radiator use. It would be easy to say NZXT has a perfect product on their hands, but all that bling will cost you some bling.

The Hardware Hound’s Ultimate PC Case Design: Episode 2

It seemed like yesterday I was starting this project, but a few reviews and a CES later and I realize that this could take a bit longer than expected. That said, the ultimate case design seems to be coming along nicely. Check out the latest episode below to begin seeing how the design is starting to pull together. Stay with us here at PureOC because we have a lot of product reviews on the way, including a new Z270 platform for benching. As always, huge thanks go out to NZXT for sponsoring my project. NZXT Launches Aer RGB Fans

If you follow me, you might have heard me say that LEDs make your computer go faster. That’s because it’s a hard cold fact, as long as nobody tries to actually test it or anything. Regardless, I’m huge fan of RGB lighting and seeing it added to with the NZXT Aer fans is pretty fantastic. First off, I love the design on their RGB ring for the Aer. It’s unique in it’s shape, but also looks like it will have a great glow around the entire shroud. The other bonus is the fact that the Aer can be controlled by the Hue+. While a hardware control can be nice sometimes, it also means having access to knobs or buttons that you can access on the outside of your case. The Hue+ allows software access to the lighting, making control a bit easier on top of giving more control options. Noctua NF-A9 and NF-A8 Fans Review

Introduction Noctua brought us something that might seem a little unexpected to those of us who know their fan reputation. At first glance, 80mm and 92mm fans appear to be somewhat of a waste of effort when larger fans are not only quieter, but provide better airflow as well. That’s until we remember that there are still server chassis’ and home theater PCs that can use exceptional cooling as well but lack the larger form factor cases. We’ll dive into the fans soon but before we do that, let’s take a word from the designer of our products today.
