Kingston has recently launched a new member to its SSDNow V+ series of solid state drives, and it’s 512 GB beefy.

The drive is MLC, supports the SATA 3 Gb/s interface and USB 2.0 and offer read/write speeds of 230/180MB/s. This bad boy is of course not exactly cheap, weighing in at around the $1600 mark.

Expect many more high capacity SSDs to be launches in the coming months. Good times.
