Prolimatech have sent word to us that it will release its first ever VGA/GPU cooler, the MK-13 in early January of 2010.

The MK-13 features what Prolimatech are calling the 'Omni-Mount Retention Mechanism', which they say will allow for the following:

Given the history of VGA cards, we all very well know how often they get upgraded to newer chips and such. Quite often the VGA card you just purchased will be outdated in the following months. Hence our Omni-Mount Retention Mechanism. With this, your MK-13 will never be outdated (as long as the manufacturers follow the reference layout).

The MK-13 will support up to four 120mm x 25mm fans and Prolimtech claim it will not only cools the GPU but also PC components such as memory and chipsets. With MK-13. The cooler should retail for around US$59.95 (Fans not included).
