EVGA Launches GeForce GTX 285 2 GB FTW Edition

EVGA has launched the 2GB GeForce GTX 285 FTW Edition, featuring more memory and higher clock speeds overall to increase performance at the high end.

The 2GB card is based on Nvidia's reference model and features the same dual-slot cooler, 240 Processing Cores and a 512-bit memory interface, two 6-pin PCIe power connectors, two DVI outputs and support for 3-way SLI.

The 2GB FTW card's BIOS has been modified to to achieve 702 MHz (648 MHz stock) GPU clock, 1584 MHz (1476 MHz) shader frequency, and 2484 MHz memory clock speeds.

While the card isn't in stock yet, EVGA has set a list price of $439.99 for the 2GB GeForce GTX 285 FTW.
