AMD has expanded its Business Class processor lineup with the addition of the 2.4GHz Phenom X4 9750B and X3 8750B, along with the Athlon X2 5600B and 4850B.
Now, in addition to the Phenom X4 9600B, X3 8600B, Athlon X2 5400B, 5200B, 5000B, 4450B and the Athlon 1640B, the RV770 designer can also deliver the quad-core Phenom X4 9750B, the tri-core X3 8750B and the dual-core Athlon X2 5600B and X2 4850B.
The K8-based X2 5600B and X2 4850B are clocked at 2.9 and 2.5 GHz respectively and they both feature 1MB of L2 cache. The former has a 65W TDP and costs $106 (in 1000-unit tray quantities) while the latter has a TDP of 45W and is priced at $79.
Featuring a frequency of 2.4 GHz, the B3 revision Phenom X4 9750B and X3 8750B have 2MB of shared L3 cache, a 95W TDP and cost $224 and $180 respectively.
