The upcoming high-end Eee PC's have been named. As DigiTimes report, the S101 and S91 will occupy the Ultimate segment (the former being pictured here).
The previously reported expansion of Asus' Eee PC line-up will see the Taiwanese company release, among others, two S-series netbooks which are set to be shiny, very slim (16 to 21mm thick) and powered by Intel Atom processors.
The highest-end and most expensive ($700 to $900) S-series laptop is the S101 and it can be seen, in Engineering Sample form, for the first time, just below. The S101 will be equipped with a 16:9 10.1-inch LED backlit LCD, make use of an 1.6 GHz Atom CPU and the 945GM chipset with integrated graphics and will be available with either a 32 or 40GB solid state drive (SSD).
