The rumor mill believes that Apple may act upon the concept of a smaller, cheaper iPhone variant dubbed the iPhone "Nano". Unfortunately, details remain slim.
According to the latest rumors Apple is looking towards introducing an iPhone 'Nano' to boost its smartphone sales this holiday season. Expected to be smaller and cheaper than the regular iPhone but it should boast most if not all features included in the model on sale today.
As it seems the iPhone 'Nano' would be offered, at least in the UK, by O2 through pay-as-you-go programs. If a baby brother of the iPhone does arrive this Christmas, then Apple may be scoring a big win this year and further capitalize on the mania surrounding its smartphone offer.
