Sparkle announce two PCI 8400GS cards
written by Ciro - July 21, 2008 05:30

Following in Albatron's footsteps, Sparkle has announced the addition of two PCI 8400GS cards (which differentiate themselves through cooling solutions).

Featuring the same specs, Sparkle's GeForce 8400GS PCI cards differentiate themselves through the cooling solution used with the SF-PC84GS256U2LP model being equipped with active cooling while the SF-PC84GS256U2LP Passive is, obviously, making use of a passive solution.

Offering DirectX 10(.0) support, the cards feature 64-bit memory interfaces, 512MB of DDR2 memory clocked at 800 MHz and GPUs set to 576 MHz. In terms of connectivity, both cards have a mix which includes VGA, DVI and TV-Out. No word on pricing on retail availability though.
