OCZ expand Intel Extreme Series memory lineup
written by Ciro - July 3, 2008 09:30

OCZ has added to its Intel Extreme Series memory lineup four CL7 modules which are rated at PC3-1333 and PC3-1600.

OCZ have just expanded their Intel Extreme Series of memory modules with new DDR3-1333 and DDR3-1600MHz parts, predefined for the Intel X38 and X48 chipsets.

Featuring Intel Extreme Memory Profiles (XMP), these modules are catered towards the overclocking crowd and will automatically adjust their timings and voltage according to the speeds the user is running.

Both 1333MHz and 1600MHz offerings come in 2 and 4GB kits with latencies of 7-7-7 at their rated speeds.
