FSP is new to CPU coolers, but they did a pretty impressive job. The Windale 6 looks great and it has pretty stellar cooling performance. Where it falls behind a bit is in its install process. The rubber mounts are good for vibration, but difficult to mount the fan with.
Enermax brings an excellent design to the reservoir scene with the NEOChanger. The quality and performance would make any custom liquid cooling loop proud, but the RGB lighting is a great addition as well. If you want a reservoir and pump combo, Enermax is a great place to start.
Bringing easy liquid cooling a graphics card is a great idea. The NZXT G12 bracket isn't quite as easy as installing a CLC to a CPU, but it's certainly easier than building a custom cooling loop. The long flat design of air coolers hinders their performance, which is why the NZXT Kraken G12 can perform exponentially.
Can a CPU cooler have too much quality? Lepa makes an amazing tower cooler with the NEOllusion and the RGB lighting is one of the best in the business. That said, computer builders will certainly pay a steep price to add one of these units to their PC. It may be worth it in the long run.
NZXT blew the doors open with an excellently designed RGB fan. The Aer has intricate control through CAM software and the air flow is adequate for case or radiator use. It would be easy to say NZXT has a perfect product on their hands, but all that bling will cost you some bling.
As of the time of release, NZXT has the best RGB lighting a CPU cooler can offer on the market. The Kraken X62 also offers excellent cooling performance without sacrificing noise levels. It does have a high price tag though and relies heavily on software control for cooling and lighting.
