If you need more FPS in CS:S try this out, it's CAL / CSP compliant.

Nice config although my machine doesn't require frame-rate adjustment 300+ full settings, TBH I don't believe in this config it should be banned, because its giving you an unfair advantage by means of server updates / client updates.
It will take longer for my data (as I'm on a high spec / full settings computer) to get to the server than it will for a (low spec / low detailed computer) to update with the server.
Just my opinion, I wouldn't use it.
