Intel Working on Discrete GPUs Sounds Good, but Might be Bad

With Raja starting to work with Intel, it may sound like the company is going to improve their graphics exponentially. On the other hand, iGPUs and dGPUs can add more work to game development, driver integration and component compatibility. Time will tell on what benefit this has on the industry.

BIOSTAR Vega 64 and RACING Z370GT6

BIOStar has really upped the quality of their products in recent years. Known for motherboards, they recently presented a new Intel Z370GT6 board to add to the Racing lineup. What's really new is the entry into the graphics card arena. The Vega 64 GPU will be first, but no fancy custom designs yet.

GIGABYTE Introduces Z370 AORUS Motherboards

Aorus makes some of the greatest motherboards, at least in the appearance department. Gigabyte made a smart move when they switched their gaming boards to that brand and the latest Z370 Intel boards look fantastic. It seems like the boards will have some solid performance as well.

PureOC will always recommend building your own computer, but we understand that isn't for everyone. iBuyPower does an excellent job selling pre-built custom PCs and we really enjoyed getting a chance to review the Element. This is What I Love About AMD!

AMD Ryzen Pro CPUs are a business grade release nearly identical to the former. What caught my attention is the interview about Threadripper. It almost didn't happen, but engineers took extra time for themselves to bring it to market, working off of pure passion. That's what I love about AMD!

AMD's Threadripper CPU has done some crazy things. For the first time in a very long time, an AMD chip showed up at the top of the PassMark CPU chart. The other big first? Nvidia complimented AMD on their release! What is happening in the world!?!
