Introduction
An industry veteran with a wide offering of products, Cooler Master has been very busy lately, launching several new cases, and today we’ll be looking at their latest, the Scout, second in their new CM: Storm series lineup.  As we recently saw in our review of the Storm Sniper case, the "gamer case" can be a mixed bag but Cooler Master seems to have nailed it so far. While the Sniper is a full tower case and a bit large to easily take to LAN parties, the Scout is a mid-tower that is decidedly less bulky and far more portable.

While the Scout is smaller than its big brother, the Sniper, there are several robust features offered here that are typically in demand by the gamer crowd, and it does look pretty sharp, so it'll be interesting to see how it stacks up. Is it just us, or does the Storm series have a passing resemblance to Team Fortress 2? First the Sniper, now the Scout......will we perhaps see a Pyro smallform case next?

While pondering that, let's take a look at the Cooler Master Storm Scout.

Our thanks go to our friends at Cooler Master for supplying the review sample.
