Introduction

For the enthusiast, there is no limit to how far you can push your system.  Boundaries are simply a line to be crossed, a bar to be raised, and the search for improved performance comes in many shapes and sizes.  One of the ways to increase the performance of your system is through memory; specifically, DDR3 RAM modules in this instance.  With prices dropping considerably of late, DDR3 has become a viable option for a large percentage of consumers, coming out of the realm of the hardcore enthusiast and into more mainstream territory.

Today we’ll be looking at a pair of OCZ Reaper DDR3 modules, which are priced very attractively and sport some very slick spreaders.  Good looks, good price….but what about performance?  In our world, performance should speak for itself, so today we’ll found out if these sticks will brings shouts or silence.
