Introduction
When I was informed that XSPC would be sending their new flagship CPU water block for a test spin, I have to admit I was rather excited.  Their last CPU block, the Delta V3, was released almost two years ago. It has been a long time coming in waiting to see a new CPU block from XSPC. The name of the new block?  Rasa.

If you’re a fan of XSPC then you’re probably noticed they have very interesting names for their water blocks, such as Delta, Razor, Edge and now Rasa. The word Rasa is derived from Sanskrit and the meaning is the essence characteristic of a work of art, the aesthetics, the fluid.  Interesting, to say the least, and certainly appropriate.

Was the two year wait worth it? Is the Rasa a state-of-the-art CPU water block that can compete with today’s popular blocks?  Not ones to shy away from pure performance comparison results, we’ll find out as we pit the Rasa against several other top blocks on the market.

Thanks to XSPC for providing the sample for this review.

"We released our first product the R120 radiator in 2004, the following year we released our X2O CPU Waterblock, Pump and Watercooling kit.  Since then we have released many award winning products covering all components of watercooling systems, most recently our RX360 full cover GPU waterblocks. All our products are designed for the PC enthusiast market where they are used by gamers and PC modders.  Over the past year our products have been proved very popular with boutique PC manufactures and in specialist areas like recording studio PC's. We are constantly revising our products to improve performance."
