RadStand

Specifications:

  • Dimension: 62x56x130mm
  • Material: Steel
  • Finishing: Black Power coated
  • Cost: $12.95

The largest radiator often poses the biggest problem during installation. What are you going to do when your favourite case isn?t cooperating with the installation and you are not very handy at modding? This isn?t a problem anymore with XSPC new RadStand.

The XSPC RadStand is available in two sizes: 120mm and 140mm, and is universally compatible in those sizes with any standard radiator. The RadStand makes installation of a radiator extremely easy; outside of the case or internal if your case is Silverstone TJ07, XSPC H2 or similar. The RadStand allows you to install the radiator at the bottom compartment or simply put your radiator on the outside of your case, on a desktop or perhaps even mounted on the wall.

The RadStand is constructed of two pieces of 2.15mm steel with burr-free edges, and has a matte black powder-coated finish, coming with four 6-32 screws and bolt/nuts.

The RadStand is designed for wraparound installation and the fans install on the opposite side of the radiator. However, you can mount the fans on the same side of the RadStand as long your fan screws have sufficient length. The design is flexible enough to accommodate almost any design from various manufacturers.

We have seen other radiator stands such as the popular Phobya which is not universal and compact. This means when you upgrade the radiator then you have to do the same with the stand. On the other hand you won’t have to do that with XSPC RadStand, it’s is a one-time investment, easy to install, strong and sturdy to handle just about any radiator.

What perhaps most impressed us is the price tag; costing less than $13, it’s almost half the price of the Phobya stand. Simple design, easy installation, and a fantastic price. We love that combination of positives.
