Keeping true to tradition, Thermaltake has placed the Xaser VI in a black box, with an accompaniment of smaller pictures gracing the rear.  Features and specifications are displayed along the sides, with more pictures to boot.  The case is packed in thick Styrofoam and the corners are reinforced with additional cardboard.  The case itself is wrapped, not in plastic as we have seen many other cases packed in, but in what appears to be a thick gauze-like material.  I wouldn’t necessarily call it cloth, but needless to say, it more than keeps the case safe during the shipping process.  Also, all of the parts that are meant to stay scratch-free are covered in protective film, so to keep scratches and fingerprints at bay while you are working. The accessories package includes an instruction manual and a cleaning cloth.
