Summary

The Seventeam V-Force 850W is a power supply that delivers solid features and good performance when heavily loaded with a case full of power-hungry components.  From a feature standpoint, the accessories included in this package are well done, there is a great assortment of modular cables that higher-end system setups, and an easy-to-use modular connection design is employed.

From a functional standpoint, the V-Force 850W boasts very good voltage regulation, an 80 PLUS Bronze efficiency rating, and a quiet operation, especially considering we did push it past its rated 850W limit. There aren’t any real detractions here, and even the +12V rail measurements displayed a solid result even though we pushed the power draw farther than the recommended specification for the unit.

Perhaps the most attractive feature of the V-Force 850W is its price: we found it online at Newegg for about $120 USD, which is an extremely good deal and is one of the least expensive kilowatt units you can find on the market. The Seventeam V-Force 850W is a very good all-round power supply in an attractive package of features and functionality.  If you are on a tight budget but need a solid power supply, the Seventeam V-Force 850W should be on your shortlist.
