Closer Look

Getting down to what the IU01 offers:

"The IU01 addresses an issue common to most gaming PCs that is a lack of substantial power and expandability from the front-panel USBs. The IU01 enhances control and boosts power for front-panel USB devices by connecting them directly to the power supply as opposed to the motherboard, ensuring that there?s always enough power to control your accessories and peripherals. The IU01 also adds six internal USB ports that are great for powering items that you don?t need constant access too like a Bluetooth module or USB wireless router allowing you to free up the external ports for additional accessories."

  • 6 Internal USB expansion
  • 2 External USB expansion
  • Dedicated power from power supply
  • Plug and use, no drivers needed

The IU01 comes in a very vanilla package simply a brown box with some black print and a small window to see the device itself, the back of the case is basically the same but has a small explanation of why the device was conceived.

Pulling the unit from the box for the first time we get our first real glimpse at the IU01 and the rest of the contents of the package. We have the unit itself as well as an internal USB female to female connector, power wire connector and a simple set of instructions.

Taking a closer look we get a good idea of what this little device has to offer starting from left to right we have the I/O connection and power point and then USB hub one through three which support up to two devices each giving us the first six available internal ports and finally the two external USB ports.

The back of the IU01 has a Velcro strip attached to it and double-sided tape so you can place it in a secure place in your case.

Let’s now see how this sleek little device performs.

obviously like your website but you have to check the spelling on several of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling problems and I find it very bothersome to tell the truth nevertheless Ill definitely come back again. dfbgcbfgbeag
