Overview

Hardware:

Manufacturer:

Price at time of Review: $29.99-$89.99 on NZXT site, depending on size and quantity

WHAT WE LIKED:

Quality feel, Great balance of airflow and noise levels, LED ring looks fantastic, Software works excellently

WHAT WE DISLIKED:

May cause loss of hours due to hypnotism staring at lighting effects, Beauty has a price

BOTTOM LINE:
NZXT has a gorgeous fan that performs well, on top of having excellent software control. If you can afford them, you should probably get some.

Packaging

I’m not sure why NZXT began using a purple color scheme on their packaging, but I really like it. Outside of that, it’s really just some cardboard boxes holding all the parts inside. The packaging isn’t extremely fancy, but it servers the purpose of delivering a product so there isn’t reason to complain about anything.

The cardboard is a tad thin on this. It makes sense in that these fans come in packs and it helps keep everything in a compact package. On the other hand, it’s not as much protection as other packaging. This isn’t a big deal at all, but something to point out.

Everything is folded pretty nicely. Moving a flap here, unfolding something there, and eventually you reveal all the hardware inside.
