You overlooked an annoying design fault in the bottom dust filter, the need to remove it to the rear. This, for many users, would necessitate the removal of most if not all cabling in order to have sufficient clearance for removal. Users would be better served by a design permitting removal to the front of the case. That said, it is a beautiful unit.
I am glad you read and enjoyed the review. It is a really great case. They will soon be easier to get thanks to Eagletech signing a deal with Nanoxia as the main Distro for US markets. I do not think the Vinny overlooked what you are describing as a “annoying design”. You are underestimating how large this case is. The dust filter would have to be very large and long to reach the back of the back from the front of the case. The would lead to it being flimsy and would be easily damaged by most end users. Having to be removed from the back has its obstacles but having two or more separate filters on the bottom that are removed from the side of the case would be a better option. thanks again for reading on PureOC. join the forum anytime
Hi Ron,
You are absolutely correct for some it will be quite annoying if they are running short cables and not able to slide it out far enough to remove the filter for cleaning
I myself am able to slide mine out far enough to remove the back filter, still a pain though out the front only or better yet the side would have been better.
Excellent review specially those installation session with water cooling part..Top Notch!
Nanoxia Deep Silence 6 indeed Gorgeous chassis.
I’ll wait for DS 6 or latest Big Tower products from Nanoxia for Indonesian Market…
