Conclusion

Ultimately, the level of audio quality was amazing and the headset was able to block out a lot of background noise with the 1″ padding on the ears. If it was pure audio quality that I was looking for these would have to be on my list, but we do need to consider the comfort level and operation of the in-line controls. I think if the developers re-organized the controls to have the volume buttons also control the tracks as a double tap to skip it would be a lot easier to use. They could also do with having bigger buttons or at least have them sticking out a bit more.

With a price of $79.99 and remembering that this headset was designed for iOS devices, the headset fits right into it’s intended price bracket with an included 2 year warranty to boot. We still have to consider the overall performance from the audio quality, comfort level and controls. While the audio quality was exceptional and didn’t have any issues the head set became a little tight after a few hours of use, but the major issues found were in the difficult and confusing operations of the in-line controller. PureOverclock presents the iOS version of the┬áMad Catz Tritton Kunai with the Great Value award.
