There are a few cons with the C920. The regular webcam software is required to make the webcam even work because the driver is built in. After that, you can choose not to run it if you prefer. I also would have preferred at this price point to allow the blue colored rings to change color with the Gaming Software. Most of Logitech’s peripherals can change their lighting right from this software.

Being awarded the first webcam to support 1080p streaming though is definitely a title to hold. This makes the C920 a very compelling option among webcams and definitely worth it at this price point. The 15MP camera and dual stereo mics make this an even greater value as well. Logitech definitely created a heavyweight contender in the webcam space with the C920. With the additional software and features, it ends up being an impressive option. I definitely recommend the C920 and it can be found on Amazon right now for $67.99.
