Specifications and Packaging

Much of this review depends on the components included in this Element. I’ve listed the system specs below, but let me point out the heavy hitters in this build. For starters, the 7900X is a 10 core, 20 thread monstrosity of a processor that supports quad-channel RAM. Speaking of RAM, we have 32 GBs of it, not including the 11 GBs of included memory on the GTX 1080 Ti. Finally, iBuyPower topped the build off with an NVMe Samsung 960 Evo SSD. Performance is something we can expect to be slightly off the charts at this point.

The packaging the system came in is pretty excellent in my opinion. The box has a colorful branding and design to give it shelf appeal, but I also think this can be important for buyer perception when spending a hefty penny on a full system. Do I still think I’ve spent an awful lot of time talking about boxes when I could be doing other things? Yeah, yeah I still do….
Internally, I was pretty impressed by the way iBuyPower secured everything. It looks like they take keeping the system safe during shipping very seriously.
