Off the bat we see the HIS 7970 IceQ X2 GHz Edition trades blows with the GTX 680 across the two resolutions and image quality presets, particularly noteworthy at the Extreme setting where the 3GB of VRAM undoubtedly starts to help. A sign of things to come, perhaps? Gaming tests are what really matter, so let’s move onto to those now.
