Conclusion
I know I said earlier that you never know when you might run across a dud from a great company, but by now it’s clear that the Morpha X couldn’t be farther from that. I didn’t find anything that EpicGear has done wrong on this mouse and the best nitpick I can say is that you can’t set a color cycle option in the software that runs all the time. To review multiple mice, have one that’s stood out for so long, then have the Morpha X easily take its place as my favorite mouse for use is extremely impressive. It doesn’t matter whether it’s gaming, editing or browsing, the Morpha X feels great in my hand. All I can say is I’m in love with this mouse and I don’t even care who knows it.

Alright, the simple fact is if a product is this good, the bomb is going to drop pretty hard when we look at the price. Hmm, the MSRP is $129.99. That’s a really fair price and I’d say we have an excellent value on our hands. Let’s take a look at Amazon and …… Holy Cats! (Hank the Cowdog) This guy is going for a crazy $89.99!!! How does EpicGear keep doing this!?! You guys should just go out and buy one of these, right now. Trust me! It’ll be worth it!!!
In all fairness, I understand that one man’s preference is another man’s pain. Just because I love the Morpha X doesn’t mean it will be the perfect fit for everyone. On the other hand, it seems that a majority of consumers would really enjoy this mouse if they got to try it out. It’s with great pleasure that we award the EpicGear Morpha X Modular Gaming Mouse the Pureoverclock Editor’s Choice Award.

Needless to say I love computer hardware. With my reviews, I never forget what it's like trying to find parts on a tight budget and how excited I am about any new component I get my hands on. If there was a good effort in the design, then I'll find a reason why each component is great for someone!
