Enermax Hoplite ST
OverviewHardware: Cases & PSU
WHAT WE LIKED:Top mounted hot-swapable hardrive bay, tool less design, lots of room for a mid tower case, light and easily portable.
WHAT WE DISLIKED:there is quite a bit of plastic used in the case.

All things considered, priced at around 80 pounds (approx. $130), this is a great case with few flaws. The sleek understated design makes the case look classy while maintaining a gaming feel. The build quality, although made partially out of plastic, was very good. The Enermax Hoplite-ST case is great for anybody who isn’t an extreme gamer or power enthusiast and just wants a great computer case.
The case has great cable management, and I was able to easily get all my cables hidden and tucked back behind the side-panel without problem. With the capability to hold up to 4 120mm fans and a single 120/140mm fan, this case also provides great airflow in the areas that need it the most.
Another great feature was the hot–swap hard drive and SSD bay on the top of the case allowing you to easily transfer data from a 3.5”/2.5” drive to and from your computer.
The only thing I disliked was the partial plastic construction. I wish it was full metal, but that probably would have pushed up the cost of the case. Also on my wish list would be just a square side window instead of the abstract shaped one they have currently. That is not a flaw but more of a personal preference, so we won’t ding them for that.
The Enermax Hoplite ST is a great case and is definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a quality mid tower gaming case.
