Introduction

When you hear certain name brands in the PC industry, you can almost guarantee an image pops into your head. For instance, if we say Cooler Master…then “poof” a case appears; ASUS…“poof” a motherboard. When we drop the name Enermax, the first image we get is probably a power supply.

We know Enermax makes the Apollish fans and some excellent power supplies, but they’ve been expanding their product lineup, and the latest is the audio market. Nothing too large yet, though, literally and figuratively.

The DreamBass Genie Audio Amplifier is designed to improve your audio experience for people on the go, or something small and inexpensive. It’s a simple USB plug-in, and enhances bass and full surround support. It’s certainly very tiny and affordable, so let’s take a quick look at the DreamBass Genie.

"Enermax was founded in 1990 by a group of young professional, enthusiastic, and high-tech oriented people in Taiwan. The main products we carry are switching power supplies, PC cases, industrial PC cases, pedestal and tower server cases, CPU coolers, second fans, mobile racks and other peripherals. Enermax has its own design groups and production line. Enermax’s Design engineers work around the clock to come up with the best solution and product to meet the demand of the market."
