ECS P55H-A Black Edition
With the launch of Intel’s Lynnfield LGA1156 socket processors upon us, motherboard manufacturers have been gearing up for the big Core i5 and Core i7 into the mainstream market, busy readying boards for release. The product lineups run the gamut, as expected, from barebones budget to enthusiast and overclocker premium boards and everything in between.
One of the new motherboards is from ECS, as they look to continue their push further into the market with what are essentially affordable enthusiast products in their Black Series lineup. The ECS P55H-A is officially announced today, and we just happened to have a closer look at it to coincide with their launch.
Now, since we’ve been crazy busy with benching and perfomance results, we haven’t had the ablility to fully push this board yet to see how far it can go. So for today we’ll take you on an extensive tour of the P55H-A, even including component installation, but unfortunately no specific benchmarks today. We can tell you, however, that this board packs a punch in an affordable setup.
So without further delay, let’s dive in and take a close look at the ECS P55H-A.
