Package and Hardware
You will notice that Ecomaster didn’t cut any corners with the package of the Lepa fans. The subtle but well laid out artwork really makes it attractive and does a great job of focusing the eye on the enclosed fan. Although some may not mind a plain package, there is something to be said for a company that takes the time to make a product attractive. Lepa did a great job with the Casino and Chopper fans.
On the rear of the package you can see they did a great job of providing detailed specifications and features. Another great item is the LED effects chart for each model. This was a nice touch by Lepa to aide in visualization of the many different LED patterns.
First fan out of its package is the Lepa Chopper. From a design stand point, the fan is designed like most 12cm fans we have seen with the exception of the LED bar attached to the fan blades. The contrast between the clear fan blades with the smoke colored housing really give the Chopper a nice look. Included in the accessories bag is a molex adapter for the fan in case you don’t have any 3pin fan headers available. Also included are 4 anti-vibration fan mounts to aide in quiet operation, compared to the typical fan screws we see with most fans.
Next we have the Lepa Casino out of its package. As you can see (pictured below) the design is unique and not your typical 12cm square. They have also included a molex connector in case your motherboard doesn’t have a 4pin PWM connector and some fan screws for mounting. As we move further along and take a closer look at the Lepa Casino we will talk more about its unique design.
