Introduction

In the past few years, we’ve seen several large, established companies branch out into other market areas. But it’s not often we see lesser-known companies looking to expand their reach into those competitive areas. We’ve dealt with most every major power supply manufacturer over the years, but today’s review sample came as a bit of a surprise upon arrival.

We’re certainly familiar with DeepCool, a company primarily known for…..well…..cooling products. But here we are, with DeepCool venturing into the power supply market, looking to take on some established veterans. The wonders never cease.

Today we’re looking at a new unit from DeepCool, specifically the Quanta 750W power supply, which comes with a partly modular design, flat cables, and 80Plus Gold certification. With a solid feature set and the ability to run a couple of high-end graphics cards, the DeepCool Quanta 750W looks like a promising power supply.

So, can this DeepCool unit measure up? Let’s take a closer look and find out.
