The Cubitek name has been known in the computer industry for just over 9 years now, with steel and all- aluminum construction cases that come with some great features, and some really beautiful and unique designs. With so many cases on the market today from various manufacturers, it can be a daunting task to find the right case to fit your needs.

Will it keep your components sufficiently cool? Will there be enough room to work with? Can you install a lengthy kilowatt power supply? Will it fit the ever-lengthening graphics cards which now can reach over 12 inches? What about the pair of solid state drives you just bought, or the four 1TB hard drives you use for storage? These are just some of the questions that come to mind when looking to select a case, particularly one that will house a premium system and protect your investment.

Today we will be looking at the new XL-Tank from Cubitek. The Tank Series is designed for high-end gaming PC users with space for large CPU coolers and long VGA cards, lots of storage space, and even liquid cooling. If you appreciate quality construction and classic and understated design, then the XL-Tank might be just your thing.

Let’s see if this new mid-tower can meet our expectations.

Cubitek was founded in 2002, in Taiwan, Cubitek Co. Ltd. initially focused on an OEM/ODM business model. In the spring of 2010 we reorganized to be able to become a branded manufacturer and now develop our own interesting and unique PC chassis. Our philosophy: "Build something we would want to buy at a price we would want to pay.
