Introduction

There’s a new arrival to the Cooler Master NotePal X series family, and this time it’s denoted by the X3, presumably the third in the series. For those of you unfamiliar with the NotePal lineup, it’s Cooler Master’s cooling solution for notebooks. Not terribly complicated, but an essential component to many consumers on the go.

Interestingly, the NotePal X3 isn’t some plain cooler; it comes with a massive 200mm fan and blue LEDs if you’re into that sort of thing (they can be turned off if you’re not). It also has height adjustments and accommodates laptops up to 17 inches.

Many newer notebooks are using hardware that outputs less heat, but the reality is there is still a significant number of notebooks in use that are mini furnaces. And for those, the NotePal X3might be a good option.

Cooler Master was founded with the mission of providing the industry’s best thermal solutions. Since its establishment a decade ago, the company has remained faithful to this mission, emerging as a world leader in products and services for companies dealing with devices where heat issues must be resolved. The cornerstones of Cooler Master’s philosophy are innovation, speed, and customer satisfaction, ensuring that Cooler Master is the supplier that the companies around the world rely on to deliver the best thermal solutions, creating a win-win situation both for Cooler Master and the companies that become its customers.
