Below are the features, from Cooler Master:

“Built for quality and consistency GXII PSUs utilizes a single powerful 12V rail to deliver clean and efficient power to systems. This high power efficiency is set to deliver ~85% power efficiency and is held to the strict standards of 80PLUS Bronze. These PSUs deliver high amperage to power high-end components. All GXII PSUs are equipped with a HDB 120mm fan that offers a greatly increased fan lifespan and low noise during use. This increases overall fan lifespan and protects critical power supply components. Leaving nothing to chance, this protection is strengthened by a comprehensive set of world-class safety measures.”

The box for the GX II 650W is very flashy; it’s a black cardboard box with bright red and yellow/orange used, evoking an indea of fire or explosion. Perhaps not the best colour scheme for a power supply?

We see the name of the unit, some basic information, and the fact that this power supply is 80PLUS Bronze certified, which is good to see for this price range and wattage.

The rear of the box contains a bit more detailed information about the features and specifications (listed above for you here), along with a listing of the available connectors.

The accessories included are unsurprisingly extremely minimal: User’s Manual, mounting screws, and power cable. Barebones, but everything you need to get up and running.
