Of this long list, a few critical ones will be explore here in greater detail, but a few others that deserve mentioning are the ASUS Xtreme Design features in three main areas: performance, safety, and reliability. These include enhancements such as Xtreme phase, Turbo V, anti-EMI shielding, solid capacitors, and Stack Cool 3+. The TurboV allows dynamic overclocking control from within the Windows environment (and we’ll examine that closely).

There is also the ASUS EPU which detects your system power load and can automatically adjust to improve efficiency and reduce temperatures.

The MemOK! button allows an automatic adjustment of speeds, timings, and voltages after an unsuccessful memory overclock, for example, to avoid cold boots and annoyances.
