Introduction
AMD’s next generation Llano has hit the streets. Mainstream users and OEM builders are flocking to the latest procreation of AMD’s fusion technology and companies like ASUS are chomping at the bit to capture market share. Llano is AMD’s second step in what we call the trifecta between Zacate and upcoming Bulldozer, giving AMD what looks to be a powerful 1-2-3 punch (at least, so far).
ASUS, a full line motherboard manufacturer, has been busy with both AMD socket AM 3+ and now socket FM1 motherboards. Let’s dive in a see what the F1A75-M PRO brings to the table with these new APU’s from AMD coupled with groundbreaking on die graphics processor 6550D.
