Final Thoughts

As external hard drives go, this one ticks all the right boxes for most users: fast data transfer, lightweight, and very durable. you might not break any speed records with this drive, but that’s not really the point. It’s a safe, stable way to store all of your mobile data that also happens to be rather stylish and silent at the same time. At no point during any of our use could we hear much of anything from this drive, most likely in part due to the excellent case it is housed in, (and the drive in general being incredibly well built).

Pricing on this drive is $60 USD on Amazon, placing it right smack dab in the middle of most other external HDDs of this type. Given the durable and attractive case, silent and speedy operation, and a decent three year warranty, we feel pretty confident in offering up a PureOverclock Editors Choice award.
