Cooler Master Blew Our Minds with a New HAF MasterCase H500P
I would’ve done just about anything to make it to Cooler Master’s booth at Computex this year. They had a huge amount of products that I would’ve died to see in person and I’m almost dying now just seeing the tweets time and again with their products. There was some nice updates to their peripheral line up and they had some crazy “cool” looking coolers, but it was two particular cases that stood out so much, I had to squeeze in the time to get a post up.
Cooler Master managed to release a 25th anniversary edition of the Cosmos, but they also showed off the Cosmos C700P at Computex. The case maintains its distinguishing handles, but gets some nifty upgrades in terms of RGB lighting and tempered glass paneling. As usual, this is a case designed for those who want maximum amount of space to store tons of components in. The Cosmos looks great, but the MasterCase H500P is bound to be my next case for my main rig at home. The RGB lighting looks excellent on the two front 200mm fans and I’ve leaned that the airflow from two large intake fans makes a huge difference on the temperatures of my Crossfire setup. I can’t get over how perfect the rugged look of the frame is and when you combine the tempered glass side panel with the design to show off a crystal clear view into the build… yeah, I’m completely in love with that case!
All in all, I’m saying that Cooler Master absolutely killed it at Computex with what they brought to the show floor. Take a look at their twitter accounts and you can get a good look at not only more of the products, but even more detailed looks at the cases from the Computex coverage. The H500P has a cable management design on the back panel that is to die for, unless you’ve already died a few times over like I have!
