With this new system, end users can quickly get their questions answered and have the ability to track the progress of their request. With the new support system, Bitfenix aims to respond to their customers within 48 hours of submission. Users who currently have open Tickets and are already communicating with the Bitfenix support are encouraged to continue using the old system until their problem is resolved.
