First seen a month ago, DFI’s Blood Iron P45-T2(R)S Elite has been officially introduced and is being marketed as an affordable board that offers top overclocking potential. Powered by the P45 chipset, the new board has support for Core 2 Duo/Quad CPUs with a FSB to 1333 MHz, four DDR2-1200 memory slots, and one PCI-Express 2.0 x16 slot.

The new P45 Blood Iron also features the Auto Boost System (ABS) for automatic CPU overclocking, six SATA 3.0 Gbps ports (the T2RS includes a RAID function, but the T2S does not), 7.1 channel audio, Gigabit Ethernet, a single IDE connector, and the Genie BIOS DFI lovers have come to known.

The DFI Blood Iron P45-T2(R)S Elite is expected to soon be available and feature a price tag under $110.
