XFX Radeon 4890 Spotted For Sale

It seems that the proof is in the pudding. When we first reported that http://www.pureoverclock.com/story.php?id=3236 to produce graphics cards, there was some disbelief floating around. However, that has been laid to rest, as the first photos of the new XFX Radeon 4890 have surfaced.

Dutch store, Salland, is was listing one of the two XFX RV790 cards as being in stock and ready for purchase by quick-fingers consumers. The link has since been removed, but not before we got an image to confirm.

Available at 259.95 Euro, the card is bundled with Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X. flight game. It is based on AMD’s reference design, featuring a 55nm RV790 GPU clocked at 850 MHz, 1GB of GDDR5 memory at 3900 MHz, 800 Stream Processors and a 256-bit memory interface.

The Radeon HD 4890 has DirectX 10.1 and CrossFireX support, dual-DVI connectivity, a dual-slot cooler and requires additional power via two 6-pin PCIe plugs.
