Gran Turismo 4 for the PSP has been delayed again, this time until 2009. “With four year’s of development now under its belt however, the PSP version has undergone a series of changes, with the online functionality found the PlayStation 3 version influencing the handheld title”.

Intel’s first attempt at a solid-state drive has been pictured. “Going from 32 to 160GB, the upcoming solid state drives are said to provide low access times and power consumption, zero noise output and read and write speeds of over 100 MB/, thus giving Samsung’s speedy drives a run for their money.”

VR-Zone has detailed Nvidia’s upcoming 9-series mobile lineup. “GeForce 9800M GTX is the only mobile GPU which is G92 based among the entire GeForce 9M line-up while GeForce 9800M GTS, 9700M GTS are G94 based… GeForce 9700M GT, 9700M GS and 9650M GT are G96 based”.

Google has been sued at least $25,000 for invasion of privacy from Google Street View. “Aaron and Christine Boring claim that in offering 360-degree panoramic pics of their private residence… the web giant has “caused them mental suffering and diminished the value of their property.”

Adobe are preparing a 64-bit version of Photoshop (Creative Suite 4) which will only work on Windows machines. “Adobe wouldn’t give a timeframe on the release of the 64-bit version of Photoshop or when we could expect CS4, but the company usually works on an 18-24 month cycle”.

The producer of Battlefield Heroes has said that the free game will only feature two maps. “We bust our asses making 50 maps, and then within six months of the game being released, everyone’s playing two maps. The two best maps.. So, we just decided to make just the two best maps”.

Bill Gates sees the next version of Windows arriving sometime next year. “He said new versions of Windows would help revolutionize mobile phones and run the desk of the future, which would have a touch surface display allowing users to call up items using their hands.”

The Mario Kart Wii trailer has been released. “The game will have five different modes in which you will be able to pick you favorite controller, ranging from the Wii Wheel, the classic Wii controller, the Wii Remote, the Wii Remote in combination with the Nunchuck or a Nintendo GameCube controller.”

AMD are apparently preparing a Mobility HD 3870 X2, and even a mobile HD 3850 X2. “This list features “current shipping hardware” but as it turns out, it includes a few cards that are nowhere to be found like the ATI Mobility Radeon 3870 X2 and a mobile version of the 3850 X2 too.”

Finally, CPU-Z 1.44.2 has been released, which adds support for Nvidia’s 790i and 790a chipsets.
