Hsu pointed out that with motherboard and graphics card segments both showing success, plus its notebook segment is expected to ship one million units in 2007, the company’s yearly revenues will have a chance to reach NT$90 billion (US$2.8 billion) in 2007 and NT$100 billion in 2008. MSI’s EPS (earnings per share) in 2007 should be able to reach NT$3, according to market predictions. Currently, motherboards contribute around 30-40% of total revenues while graphics cards deliver 20-30%, notebooks around 20%, servers (including IPCs) 10%, and consumer electronics (including digital music players) 3-5%, Hsu noted, adding that as each product line is continuing to grow, the percentages should stay the same in 2008.
