Windows 7: “within roughly three years”
Microsoft say that releasing Windows 7 roughly three years after Vista will help establish a more predictable release schedule. So far, Microsoft has determined that the next version of Windows (previously known under the code name Vienna) will be launched in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, and like Vista, be available in both consumer and business versions.
