Intel X38 will support SLI?

Anonymous engineers have told the site that SLI drivers for the X38 are “in the final state of polishing with a few bugs left to quash.” Ever since AMD’s acquisition of ATI, many people expected that Intel would get their SLI license and be able to tackle Nvidia’s nForce chipsets.

If the speculation is false, then we can rely on board manufacturers like Foxconn, who revealed that their X38 boards would support SLI through a driver update – and it seems logical that many other manufacturers will copy this trend if all turns bad.

Now we are sure that NV will deny it up and down, but seeing as how they have trouble with anything relating to the truth, I would urge the reader to ignore them.
